The club at Lemsford – “I still don’t think it was a nine!”
First of all thanks to Ian Davitt and the rest of Howard Bowmen for inviting us over. We had a great time, and met some great people.
We divided into three competitions: Recurve Short Metric I, Compound Short Metric I and mixed Short Metric III. Howard won the Recurve, Royston won the compound (with Daniel leading the charge) and Royston’s mixed Short Metric III team got a bye.
Every one of our compound archers shot a PB that day, as did Ruth on recurve and Neil on longbow, so it’s not surprising that in the process we got some more club records…
